HD Metal is a company specialized in metalwork. The company manages projects and teams of all sizes.

Since the company’s inception, global management was conducted using Excel spreadsheets. The growth has been such since 2017 that the spreadsheet method quickly reached its limits, mainly due to hindering optimal collaborative work. Since 2019, they have switched to Hiflow, which now handles all their commercial management.

In addition, we designed a third-party application to run on tablets on the shopfloor. It allows teams to quickly log the time they spend on projects and to indicate the materials they have used.
